The Festive Season is upon us again!

Each year I seem to say the same thing, however, this year even though many things are exactly the same as in the past, the one major difference has been the financial crisis which has turned nearly every countries economy upside down and inside out.

It is in these troubled times we all look for ways in which to improve our financial situation. One such avenue has been the internet, which offers various opportunities on a daily basis, some credible and others are purely there to thieve your money. I urge all my readers to be extremely careful.

After all the doom and gloom in the Auto Surfing Industry in 2006 and the early part of 2007, I was convinced the Auto Surfing Industry had seen better days, and my opinion has not changed, except I do see a glimmer of hope in certain areas.

As I have always stated, I firmly believed in the concept of the Auto Surfing Industry but many things had to change.

The only problem with this argument is that “change” usually takes time, and time is a very scarce commodity, particularly for those who have become unemployed, had their house or car repossessed, cannot buy food, cannot pay the rent, and the list continues. To offset these problems, people turn to various online ventures or to the Auto Surfing Industry with the hope of improving their situation.

In the majority of cases, most people achieve exactly the opposite, the financial hole is dug much deeper and wider, so much so their actions leave them with greater financial worries, and severe health problems.

Here is an article which  appears in our local newspapers, all one has to do is multiply the figures in this articles by the number of countries worldwide and you see the magnitude of this problem.

A record number of Australians are falling prey to ruthless scam merchants exploiting the economic meltdown to target the poor and elderly.

A 37 per cent hike in scams has been reported in 2008 compared with last year. And there are warnings the Rudd Government's $10.4 billion handout to pensioners and families this week could trigger a fresh wave.

More than 17,000 people have lost at least $33 million to rip-off merchants this year.

Incredibly, one of the oldest remains the most common: the "Nigerian bank" letter scam, which has netted $10.5 million from Australian victims.

The consumer watchdog has warned the number of reported scams will only grow as the economy deteriorates.

Australian Competition and Consumer Commission chairman Graeme Samuel said the aged and low-income families should be particularly vigilant about "too good to be true" opportunities.

"Consumers have to be aware that scammers are eager as ever to part them from their hard-earned money," he said.

According to the ACCC, $32.9 million was "lost" to scam merchants in the year to November 30.

With thousands of Australians being laid off, the ACCC is also seeing a rise in the number of scams offering big-paying jobs which don't exist.

I must say the SCAM merchants trying to steal your money are not just operating within the Auto Surfing Industry, they extend far and wide, and one such GUY who would sell you the Sydney Opera House, or the Sydney Harbour Bridge, or maybe the White House, once President George Bush leaves, is a guy who once resided in Hong Kong, then Salto Uruguay, but now resides in Montevideo Uruguay, his name is Julius Moltgen.    I wish to advise all my readers to steer a wide berth of anything he has to offer, or anything he promises, because the end result will be, you will lose your money.

This guy has been around for many years and has a track record of not delivering on his promises. I became involved with Mr. Moltgen’s unscrupulous methods when becoming a distributor for Herbalife Health supplements. Even though I was not in his Herbalife group, I was introduced to him from one of my own group members.  I was soon to find out, how quickly and easily it was to get tangled in the web of dishonesty and deception.

I compiled a written submission to Herbalife International ethical standards committee on behalf of myself and another Australian resident just to be completely ignored by this organization which allows this “Jerk” to continue on his merry ways, at the expense of many decent people, and especially the people who work for him on a daily basis and expect to receive a monthly income, only to be disappointed when the salary does not arrive when due, or very late if the employee is lucky.

This Jerk openly boasts that Helbalife will not do a thing to him as he is one of the elite millionaire club members.

Some of the projects this “Jerk” asked members of his staff construct would make any businessman wish for their day in court. Mr. Moltgen knows that hiding in Uruguay he is safe from legal action, and therefore exploits both customers and workers for every dollar he can extract.

It is amazing what we all learn with the benefit of hindsight, but facts never distort the truth. This person also lived and conducted his business in Hong Kong before moving to Uruguay and the same problems have surfaced in that country which are now appearing in Uruguay, seem “old habits die hard”. I suggest you may like to do a “Google” search, you could be surprised what you may find.

Anyhow, Mr. Moltgen I am still waiting for my money, and no doubt many of your previous costumers are still waiting for theirs, with some luck you may have the intestinal fortitude to commence Legal action over this article, so we can all have our day in court.

To the rest of my readers and supporters I would like to wish you all a merry Christmas and a prosperous 2009.

Just a hint, keep your eyes on this space as we will be announcing a new program in early 2009. Until we meet again, all the best.

Kind Regards,
John McCallum,
