FAIRPATTON'S FORUM - MEMBERSHIP INSTRUCTIONS

Membership payments may be made only through SolidTrust Pay.

PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH AT A TIME.

IMPORTANT! You MUST include your current or proposed Member username, type of Membership (Basic, Promoting "PA" or Promoting "PB") in the "Memo" section of the payment process!!!

There are three types of membership available at Fairpatton's Forum:

Basic Member - $2.50 per month - Basic Members may not post referral links or otherwise advertise any programs in their signature blocks or posts.
Promoting Member "PA" - $4 per month - Promoting Membership "PA" allows up to 4 referral links/banners in the member's signature block for the program(s) they are promoting.
Promoting Member "PB" - $6 per month - Promoting Membership "PB" allows up to to 6 referral links/banners in the member's signature block for the programs they are promoting.

There is a six-program limit for promotion per membership. Promoting Members will be given a separate board in the forum for promotion and discussion of their program(s) should they so desire such. (If implemented, Promoting Member will be responsible for moderation of their Program Board!)

There will be NO REFUNDS of Membership payment(s) made under any circumstances.

IT IS THE MEMBER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO REMAIN CURRENT IN THEIR MEMBERSHIP FEE PAYMENTS - NO NOTICE OF PAYMENT DUE WILL BE SENT BY FORUM ADMINISTRATION.

Members are allowed a three (3) day "grace period" in which to pay their Membership fee(s) after expiration. If payment is not received within the "grace period" Member will have posting privileges revoked. Posting privileges will be reinstated if payment is received on or before payment is ten (10) days overdue. If payment is not received within ten (10) days of due date, Member's account will be deleted. If a Member's account is deleted for non-payment, Member may re-apply for Membership.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR PROMOTING MEMBERS - PLEASE READ

Promoting Members MUST, BEFORE SUBMITTING PAYMENT, notify Forum Administration by email at admin@fairpatton.com of intent to promote, which notification must include the proposed or current Forum Username of promoter, URL of site(s) to be promoted, nature of site(s) (autosurf, traffic exchange, blog, forum, MLM, PTR, PTC, PTP etc. etc.) and Member's relationship to program (Admin, Moderator, Member etc. etc). Proposed program(s) will be examined by Forum Administration for acceptability. Member will be notified of Forum Administration's decision to accept or reject the program(s) for inclusion at Fairpatton's Forum within 72 hours of submission.

NOTE: Programs found in the "Bad Sites" section of Fairpatton.com and/or Fairpatton's Forum will NOT be accepted for promotion. Web sites with adult content, offensive material, auto installers, hate, war mongering, redirect(s), dialers, virus and/or trojan/adware downloaders are absolutely prohibited and not acceptable. Member understands and agrees that some web sites that use a free host may be prohibited. This is because many such “free-host” sites have been abused in the past

IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL MEMBERS - PLEASE READ

Members may not, under any circumstances, use this web site to contribute, post or transmit any material of an infringing, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, libelous, inflammatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic or profane nature that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any laws.

By applying for Membership, Members agree to the above terms & conditions as well as the terms & conditions posted in the registration process. Members also agree to READ and abide by Forum Rules as posted. Memberships terminated for violations of these terms & conditions will NOT be reconsidered for Membership.

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fairpatton.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and representatives from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal, accounting and other professional fees that may result from your use of our web site services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions. Members also agree that should any dispute with a third party result from or arise in connection with any use of this web site or Fairpatton.com's services, Member will indemnify and hold harmless Fairpatton.com, its employees, representatives, agents or others acting on its behalf, from any liability resulting from any legal action, claim or dispute arising from or in connection with Member’s use of Fairpatton.com services under these Terms and Conditions.
